Located on Holmes Harbor, just 3 miles North of Freeland and 15 minutes
from the Clinton ferry landing, this brand new 1100+ square foot
custom cottage boasts everything you�re looking for in an island
getaway or family retreat. Our 1
bedroom plus spacious full height loft and 1 1/2 bathrooms,
accommodates 2-6 guests very comfortably.
Enjoy panoramic views and sunsets from
most every interior space. Just steps away from relaxing strolls on
our private, sandy beach via new medium-bank stairs. Kids can play the day
away in the sand, exploring and discovering, then cozy up in the
loft to their own TV and DVD's. Everyone can enjoy happy-hour on the
beachside rooftop deck and spot eagles, herons, whales and seals in
their native environments. Our large, grassy front yard is perfect for croquet, badminton,
playing catch or watching the ever-changing water views. You'll
enjoy activities for every age in this pristine, spotless and
modern setting.
The well appointed kitchen enjoys the same Westerly view, a
sit-up bar, premium cabinets and every appliance and tool you�ll
need to make food prep effortless. Cozy up to the instant-on propane
fireplace in the living room and watch FREE Netflix, DVD's or
channel-surf on the large flat screen while staying in touch via
free wireless, high-speed internet. Heated floors keep toes warm in the
beautifully tiled main floor bathroom and laundry room.
The spacious, full-height loft accommodates a second couple and/or the
kids. The loft enjoys more breathtaking views and separate, private
living space, with its own � bathroom, TV, DVD player, new
comfortable queen sleeper bed and a pair of single-size inflatable
beds.
