To Make A Reservation:
Our goal is to respond to all
reservation requests within 24 hours. Once a vacation home &
date is confirmed, Whidbey Getaways will send you a Rental
Agreement and Confirmation that must be read, signed and
returned within 3 business days of receipt.
Payment & Cancellation Policies:
For reservations made more than 60*
days prior to arrival, a 50% deposit is due with the Rental
Agreement. Final payment is due 60* days prior to arrival.
If your reservation is made 60 or
less days prior to arrival, full payment is due at the time the
reservation is confirmed. (* Sunlight Beach & Sea Breeze
on Admiralty Bay - 90 days)
A refundable damage deposit is due
with final payment. The amount may will range from $200 to $1000
depending on the house and the length of stay. If the home is
left clean and damage free, the
security deposit will be returned to you within 7 business days
of check-out.
Cancellations made more than 60 days
prior to arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If a
cancellation is made 60 or less days prior to arrival; a refund
will be give for any nights that can be re-booked, less a $100
cancellation fee.
All reservations are subject to
Washington State and Island County sales & lodging taxes. This
is 10.4% and is not included in the base price.
We currently accept personal
checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard.
